The artwork you send must follow the instructions that appear on this web-site. If corrections or modifications are required to achieve a proper output, they will be corrected and the following charges will be applied. You will be notified before we proceed with your order ONLY if charges exceed $10.00.
The following are the 5 most common errors we encounter and our charges to correct:
- Converting RGB or CMYK to Solid Spot Color (quick fix): $2.50
- Each Letter: $5.00
- Extend Bleeds: $5.00
- Convert image to grayscale: $5.00
- Darken image (screens): $10.00
- We accept PDF documents (files with a ".pdf" extension) or Zip files (files with a ".zip" extension) containing multiple PDF documents.
- Single files do not need to be compressed. Please only send a Zip file if you are sending more than one PDF file at a time.
